Acti-Breathe™ is the result of years of John's experimentation with herbal formulations. He had originally formulated Easy Breathe™, which was originally created for his own relief of chronic sinus congestion. But one day after a hard days work landscaping, he decided to add some to sore muscles, within moments his muscles felt better. Upon more research, he reformulated some oils based on the original formulation and came up with the recipe for his Sports blend, which he later called Myo-Breathe then later to Acti-Breathe™ after fine tuning the ingredients.
100% Pure Essential Oil
We are only offering this blend to therapists, doctors, and other members of the medical community since it is so strong. Works great rubbed onto tight or sore muscles, rubbed into trigger points prior to working on them, or lightly worked into the tissues before stretching. This Pure oil works great with MPS® Therapy. Just a drop on the specific meridian points along with the use of the device and the results are incredible. Works really well with circuit points. Please do a sensitivity test prior to use. While we have never had anyone who has had any kind of a reaction, it is always good to test prior to using any product on the skin.

Acti-Breathe™ PROlin™
Acti-Breathe™ PROlin™ (Professional liniment) is the pure essential oils and herbal extracts used in our products but stronger with just enough carrier oil to make it a very strong liniment. Use it along with Acti-Breathe™ Massage Oil for spot work. First apply the Acti-Breathe™ massage oil and massage into the skin to warm the tissues, then add a few drops of Acti-Breathe™ PROlin™ to your hand and mix in, then work into the area in need. Be careful not to touch the mucous membranes or the eyes. Acti-Breathe™ PROlin™ is great for getting a little more intensity for those problem areas. It can also be used directly on the skin as is since it is already diluted with a carrier oil, but may be too much for sensitive skin. Do a sensitivity test prior to use by adding a drop or 2 under the wrist about 24 hours before hand, if possible.

Acti-Breathe™ BMS™ (Bath Salts and Muscle Soak)
We decided to make Acti-Breathe™ into a bath salt and muscle soak by adding the base to our bath salts. You can use it as a
"spot soak" or a bath salt. We offer it in a 4 oz trial size and a 16 oz size. Simply take 1 to 2 Tablespoons in a gallon of hot,
but not scalding water and soak individual body parts like hands, elbows, feet, etc., or add 4 to 6 tablespoons into a tub of hot,
but not scalding, water. Sit in the tub and allow it to soothe sore muscles.

DIRECTIONS: Shake well before use. Test a small inconspicuous area 24 to 48 hours prior to use for sensitive skin. Apply 2 or so pumps of Acti-Breathe™ massage oil in the palm of your hand and rub the hands briskly together to begin the warming of the oils. During treatment, do not get hands near the eyes sensitive skin and/or mucous membranes. After treatment, wash hands thoroughly with hot soap and water to remove from your hands before handling foods or touching eyes and/or sensitive areas of your body.
