Easy Breathe™ is the result of years of John's experimentation with herbal formulations which was originally created for his own relief of chronic sinus and chest congestion.
100% Pure Essential Oil
This essential oil blend is really great for using in a diffuser,
on a hot towel, hot shower, or even the "tenting method" of using a
couple of drops in some boiling water.
This was the blend that started it all and when it was first used, everyone who came in

Easy Breathe™ Bath Salts
We decided to make Acti-Breathe™ into a bath salt and muscle soak by adding the base to our bath salts. You can use it as a
"spot soak" or a bath salt. We offer it in a 4 oz trial size and a 16 oz size. Simply take 1 to 2 Tablespoons in a gallon of hot,
but not scalding water and soak individual body parts like hands, elbows, feet, etc., or add 4 to 6 tablespoons into a tub of hot,
but not scalding, water. Sit in the tub and allow it to soothe sore muscles.

DIRECTIONS: Shake well before use. Test a small inconspicuous area 24 to 48 hours prior to use for sensitive skin. Apply 2 or so pumps of Acti-Breathe™ massage oil in the palm of your hand and rub the hands briskly together to begin the warming of the oils. During treatment, do not get hands near the eyes sensitive skin and/or mucous membranes. After treatment, wash hands thoroughly with hot soap and water to remove from your hands before handling foods or touching eyes and/or sensitive areas of your body.
